Victor C. Barnes is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has an Executive Coaching Diploma from the Goizueta School of Business (GSB) at Emory University. In addition to coaching private clients, he coaches MBA students in Emory’s Leadership Coaching Fellows program. Barnes's dynamic leadership and vision for transformation drove business results as the global chief of connected planning at a Software as a Service planning company. As a division CFO at The Coca-Cola Company, Barnes spearheaded breakthrough technology advancements over his twenty-six year career, and led teams across the globe, including in South Africa and Canada.

Barnes has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business, and a background in audit and accounting, having held a CPA license in the state of Georgia.
